Did you notice, the art on the label

The can of soda or the candy bar wrapper

Did you notice that hat, those shoes

The little girl’s dress or the boys and their toys

Did you notice the trees, the flowers

The green grass and those swarming bees

Do you wonder who created it

Who drew it

Who made it

Do you wonder who sold it

Who approved it

Who printed and marketed it

Did you notice the font

The words and how they were spoken

Did you notice the tone

The light and the scent

Did you appreciate the art

Or blinded by distractions

Distractions of hate and anger

Love and appreciation cannot co-exist with hate and anger

If you missed the art, you missed the lesson

You missed the view

How very sad for you
